Punishment from Alloh swt.

Prophet Hud a.s.

Alloh swt. sent Prophet Hud a.s. to people ‘Aad.

They lived in Al Ahqaf area, a very little place.

They had an adequate and phrospherous life there.

However, they forgot about Alloh swt, God who created them and the universe, for along time.

People of ‘Aad mad statue to be prayerd for.

They named it Shamud and Al Hattar.

They always prayed and asked for help to both Shamud and Hattar.

They believed that the statues could help and protect them.

“ Hey, people of  ‘Aad, why do you stillworship pray to statues?” Prophet Hud a.s. tried to warn them.

“Hey, Hud, you have no right to ban us doing this, do you?” one of them said.

“I’m a messenger of Alloh swt, who will lead you to the right way.” Prophet Hud a.s. answered.

“Ah, bullshit!” the other said.

Prophet Hud a.s. kept trying to make ‘Aad people, realize.

“Hey, my people, just worship to Alloh awt. God who created you all and universe.”

“No, we wont leave our Gods !” they answered.

“Hey, Hud, your God is not authorithy as ours.”

“Listen to me my people, there’s only my God has power over  us.”

“I’m afraid, Alloh will be angry to you and then send you disaster,” Prophet Hud a.s. warned.

“Hey, Hud, I think you’re losing your mind. All what you say is not make any sense.”

“Now we challenge you, just send us disaster if you’re right !” They answered ridiculously.

People of  ‘Aad became stubborn, they didn’t want to believe in Alloh.

Prophet Hud a.s. had preached for a long time, however there’s omly a few man willing believe in Alloh.

Prophet Hud prayed to Alloh asked for guidance and strength.

“ya Alloh, my lord, please give me your help, they have made a big sin and they don’t want to believe in You.”

Alloh swt. Answered Prophet Hud pray.

Alloh swt. sent a punishment. Al Ahqaf area had a terrible dry season and horrible hot sunshine.

River became dry, cattle and plants were died.

The fertile land changed to be dry. But people of ‘Aad still didn’t want to believe to Alloh swt.

After that Alloh swt. sent a gloomy cloud to ‘Aad people.

They happt for that, they thought the rain would to fall soon.

“Hey, Hud, take a look up there, the dense cloud is coming. It must be rain at once.”

“Our Gods had listen to our pray.” ‘Aad People said

People of ‘Aad still not aware, they were even getting more arrogant.

Suddenly a cloud storm was fadtly blew.

Wind blew from the skay, with the horrible sound, blew up anything blocked it.

Trees felt down, house broke down. Many people died buried by their home.

Within seven days and eight nights storm attack over the land.

Al Ahqaf which was fertile land and phrosperous destroyed, flat with the land.

Hud a.s. and his people were saved by Alloh swt.

They lef Al Ahqaf which was destroyed to Hadramaut.
