Mahbub





MATERIALS:
250 grams of goat meat, chopped
250 grams of goat liver, chopped
150 grams of dried mutton fat (fat nets), cut into pieces 6 x 6 cm
Banana leaves to wrap satay
1 tablespoon margarine

Spices:
1 tablespoon cilantro, 2 cloves roasted garlic
¼ teaspoon cumin, toasted 50 grams of fried onions

Clove powder ¼ tsp tamarind chutney to taste

Ø  Stir minced goat meat and liver with margarine until smooth
Ø  Enter the spices that have been mashed into it, mix well.
Ø  For the dough so 18 parts
Ø  Round each piece, then every bubble wrap with goat fat dry
Ø  Wrap again with banana leaves
Ø  jab skewers with satay
Ø  Bake on hot coals to cook.
