Bandung



Ingredients: 1 whole chicken is plump and youthful. Should be cut according to taste or diutuhkan.
Seasonings-Spices:
½ ounce of pecans.                     Starfruit ½ cup water (125 cc)
½ red onion                                 ½ ounce turmeric fingers burned and peeled
2 cloves garlic                             2 stalks lemongrass, salt to taste
1 thumb young galangal cooking oil to taste
2 bay leaves

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN FRIED BANDUNG
All spices except crushed galangal, lemongrass and bay leaf, ½ cup of water given, and stir until blended. Diwajan put chicken, then pour the spice was given water, then cover and cook wajannya while occasionally stirring, stirring until the water is dry.
